WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JUDO TRAINING?

Training in judo develops strength, agility, endurance, coordination and flexibility. Many techniques are also applicable to self defence.

Judo training places a high value on courtesy, respect, self control and courage. As such it is an excellent activity for kids to train in.

Our junior sessions incorporate many games that develop skills required for judo. We want our kids leaving the judo mat believing they have enjoyed themselves and have had lots of fun.
